A story like this would only have a character like the sister here to kill her off, have her be revenge fuel after senseless rape/torture, corrupt her into a villain or accomplice or independent evil who kills her brother, or have her be the one to finally put the MC down at the end. Like, don't get attached.

Instead, try to guess how she'll be traumatized and what horrible outcome will result!

It was more tender than you’d expect from this slow motion car crash. I would expect jackhammering that is somehow pleasurable to a virgin woman.
