Was expecting some "drama" and cliche like Excelia actually going back, Tatara (being the blackhole he is) being okay with it for this whole chapter, until the others tell him how important Excelia is to him, so the next/ last chapter ends with Excelia (also missing him) embracing him in the last (or 2nd last) page, and the story ends with "The adventure never ends" or some open-ended bull.
I'll bet the next/ last chapter is Tatara's Imperial finally awakening, calling him Papa and Excelia Mama, and the other 3 get jealous as the final page.
