Oh wow, I forgot all about this.

The name of the show is actually: "OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes." Very cute show from what I remember of it. I liked it a lot.

There is a supporting villain in the show called Professor Venomous (He wears a lab coat too) and he has a minion named Fink. They refer to each other along bad-guy/henchmen terms and do evil schemes together, but they have a father-daughter relationship. It's sorta like if Nyako and Hakase were evil, but kept doing the same SoL stuff between schemes.

the main villain of the show who does the opposite: calls his minions his sons and daughters but treats them like Amazon employees. They are robots. They die constantly and have to transmit to spare bodies like Rei from Evangelion. Sad but funny.
