As I have explained on the last page, the title is kinda weird. In the end, I do believe that 'O Hitsuji-chan...' would be a better TL than 'Ohitsuji-chan...' as it makes the distinction that 'Ohitsuji' is not a name.

Btw, the characters' names are the reason why the title page has the stylised goat horns and bunny ears!

Yurihime as a monthly magazine dates their issues two months ahead. It's standard practice to do this in the Japanese publishing industry as it makes the intrinsically time-sensitive contents published in magazines appear 'newer' and 'fresher'. Think about the case of of a customer walking into a bookstore on November 31st, looking to buy the newest issue of a magazine. A logical person looking to get the latest scoop would buy a December issue as opposed to a November issue of something.

Yurihime is published on the 18th of every month. So there's that as well.
