@Small-san, you uploaded a wrong chapter. GemScan has the correct chapter number (chapter 14).
Looking at artist's Pixiv page, the artist posted the colored version of chapter 3 as chapter 14. They did the same with chapter 15 (colored version of chapter 7).
The old translator group (you outta pocket) uploaded most of the chapters with wrong numbering.
Chapter 1 that you outta pocket uploaded was a pre-serialization teaser (basically chapter 0) posted at artist's Fanbox only.
Pixiv's chapter 1 was posted as chapter 2
Chapter 2 -> chapter 3
Chapter 3 -> chapter 4
Chapter 4 -> chapter 5
Chapter 5 -> chapter 6
Chapter 6 -> chapter 7
Chapter 7 -> chapter 8
Chapter 8 -> chapter 9
Chapter 9 -> chapter 10
