Are you self-reporting as some sort of non-human who has the capabilities to comfortably scratch the entirety of your back using just your hands, without the use of any outside form of outside implement? How can such a simple problem like zipper placement still not solve in this day and age???

But also, it's not like front-zip dresses don't exist, they just don't seem to be as common as ones that have it on the back.

Big if true, TILEvening types of dress goes for 'impact' and 'visual effects' not practicality. As well as high-heels or other type of clothing.
Woman's clothes most often designed with intention that someone will be helping them to get changed. For same reason the buttons on a different side.
As someone who has regular human arms that cannot reach the small of his back...Yes
But fr, they can make the zipper easier to reach imo
You aren't one of those ... persons who takes the feminist complaints about "women's clothes have no pockets because patriarchy" seriously, are you? Let me walk you through it:Big if true, TIL
cool story brahYou aren't one of those ... persons who takes the feminist complaints about "women's clothes have no pockets because patriarchy" seriously, are you? Let me walk you through it:
It's really very simple.
- 95% of women would rather die than carry things in their pockets (if they had any), because:
- She carries too much stuff (makeup, tissues, tampons/pads, & tons of other stuff a guy would leave in his car),
- She's happy to carry a purse anyway, and
- It ruins the drape of the cloth, not showing off her body.
- Feminists get angry about this, but cannot attack women, because:
- It would break their bond to their claimed "base", and
- 95% of women would silently resent this.
- Solution: blame the "Patriarchy."
Woah hold your horses for a moment, someone merely asked about the zipper simply because of not knowing the reason behind it and nothing else, nothing about feminism and patriarchy. You aren't one of those ... persons who takes the feminist complaints about "women's clothes have no pockets because patriarchy" seriously, are you?
