If I may make a suggestion for better flow, for that second "Whoa, she is out cold." use "She really is." instead. That gives you:

Whoa, she is out cold.

She really is. Everyone gets sleepy on warm days like this.

It "feels" more natural. Thank you so much for the translations, I love this series!

Wow, they're actually beginning to understand each other. Like, when she assumed that he stayed back to make sure she was alright... she's actually right. No misunderstanding.

Yo ho ho. It must be a good sign that the ship sails smoothly even in turbulent waters.

@Nakanowatari Um, there are plenty of SOL manga with progress, most even faster than this, with them dating at the start or soon after the beginning. I mean, I feel like most romance manga are SOL. SOL doesn’t mean no progress.

Most people call out references to modern things, I get to call out references to ancient things. Technically, "not a drop to drink" would be a "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" reference, by good old Samuel Taylor "psychedelic poems done on laudanum" Coleridge.

@Purplelibraryguy I was just going to mention it as "Water water everywhere, but not a drop to drink" but since you called the reference I'll link to it (with more proper wordings down in the synopsis section of the page) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rime_of_the_Ancient_Mariner

Also (still about the reference, and from the same page)
The poem received mixed reviews from critics, and Coleridge was once told by the publisher that most of the book's sales were to sailors who thought it was a naval songbook.
XD
