Edit: If you just want to read what happens after, this chapter corresponds to volume 4 chapter 57 of the serialization, so you can continue with chapter 58, though there are more extra chapters not featured in this version that you will have missed, so I do recommend going over all of the manga if you want to get the most out of it.

For the record, the serialized version has all these chapters completely unchanged (plus extra chapters in between) The only difference is that this chapter is only halfway through volume 4 of the serialization, so you still have the rest of the volume which is where the story properly wraps up.

If you don't want to read everything, start at chapter 58 of the serialization which continues right after this one.
