Hideyoshi is a dude and a minor love antagonist for Mitsuhide, its like one chapter of events because hes a womanizer and has his own romantic issues. More-so done out of distrust for Akechi being around Nobunaga, they're all mostly friends. Tokugawa hasn't shown up yet. Multiple other figures from the period appear in the story.

Any Oda and Mitsuhide romance is very slow-burn but the latest released chapter has potentially major development.
