Same, I cant wait for the annoying side characters to fuck off. Its the 1 thing I hate the most in GL stories, that side characters for some reason starts to get as much or even more screen time than the actual MCs… Take Whisper Me a Love Song as an example for this…

Exactly the 2 side characters is literally nothing but annoying drama seekers… worst part is, they are pretty much the MCs now, since author clearly dont give a flying fuck about the actual MCs anymore…

One of the titles i am checking up on to see if the main-couple is set in stone so i can finally start reading it properly from the beginning. Because otherwise i want to kill that rival girl with a burning hatred of thousand imoutos when they see their onee-chan flirt with some random chick, and that makes me unable to enjoy this. Unironically one of the most annoying, selfish and disgusting characters. I don't even want to name that one-eyed whore.

Shion is not that much of a Bad Girl ( Well I too was turned off after the the stunned she pulled off last chapter) She is interesting character too & Mona did nothing bad , I think main character going in a good steady pace I don't want anything like too quick ... It will ruin the fun.

Can't really say that she's bad but she has lost Kiki as a companion so Shion's advising Michiru to take care of her own feelings since depending on how she acts and express herself it could change the relationship she has with Kiki-senpai for good or for bad. That's what I understood from their conversation.

I'm going for Michiru x Kiki but I enjoy reading the other characters too. I also like this series for some other aspects besides romance.

Tbh I'm not the most fan of love triangles but that doesn't mean I would treat the secondary characters like shit, I don't get why some ppl overreacts when "C" character talks to "A/B" character as if the main couple has not been established from the beginning.

Funny that I think this is one of the best features of GL stories, I am here for the main couple but the rest of the cast is what makes these kind of stories really stand out, normal romance stories the rest of the cast are usually plot devices and sometimes you want to see more of a certain character just to not see them again.

I dont mind if the series focus on the side characters for like 2-5 chapters, but Whisper Me a Love Song have literally had more chapters focusing on the side characters than the actual MCs at this point… Like the last time a chapter was focused on the actual MCs was like 20 chapters ago and even 2nd last chapter where the MCs was finally both in it, it was still focused on the fucking side character…
