Yes, a little overview of the cast of MangaDex:

The girl with glasses is Dex-chan who is often shown with her hair in braids and a plus sign accessory in said hair

Fed-kun is the guy with glasses and has a circular accessory on his head. He's usually shown to be the guy who steals passwords and tries to get into users accounts in the warning screen. Apparently his twin sister is Dex-chan according to the staff.

And Index is the orange and white cat, who's owner is Dex-chan.
