For what it’s worth, I’m on a heavily undervolted 7600 + 4070 Super system just cause it’s so cost effective and power efficient. Better performance than stock, while not breaking 65c on either CPU/GPU, all while pulling less than 300w from the wall! Efficiency actually is the way to go in all aspects here.

Nice. If I ever get motivation to get a job, I will probably create something similar as I too like efficiency/silence. Atm all I am rocking is old as fuck i5-4670 which I got for free and used as replacement for a 2500k@4.4GHz. And GTX780, while I run iGPU as primary graphics for windows/some small games and accept the losses of running stuff on 780 via iGPU if more power needed.

This mf discharges every 10 minutes on the dot?? That's awfully convenient for something that's natural and shouldn't really care about the (mostly) arbitrary way humans have subdivided the amount of time it takes for our planet to spin once.

I imagine he can actually discharge earlier or later if he makes an effort, and the 10 minutes is something he developed as a convenience over the years. Also maybe his electric discharge works somewhat like the frequency of quartz under applied voltage, which we already use to sync clocks in reality, also magical dragon boy with heavenly powers…
