TBH I have no clue what the other one is by the used words either (google directs me to some book) - I just assumed they meant the go-home-club manga as its also a fluffy romance, like this and neko-san.

I can't wait for this to get an anime. The animation doesn't require too many insane scenes and, the voices should be fairly easy to cast, although I tend to imagine Tsumiki's voice being a little... husky.
