the mom made me laugh in this. she instills her daughter with pretty damn regressive views from a very young age on the role of women in society, but then she finds out her daughter is gay and is just like "hell yeah, that girl's super princely, just go to france and get married there!"

That was unbelievably melodramatic and while I still enjoyed it I will always be bothered by personal stuff that's done with an audience. Melodrama is fine but theatrics sorta dampen the mood for me
