I think they were banned from Mangadex all together, their other chapters from other series are missing too. But I agree, they’re playing dirty.

I mean at least other groups like them have released their paywalled chapters one at a time after a week or so.

To get money and traffic. They lock the rest of the chapters after certain amounts of release. Usually after chapter 5 or 6. You need to pay with their own currency which you could buy with real money. Similar to webtoon, only with worse translation works, blatant typo, and misplaced dialogue bubbles. As far as i remember, webtoon only lock their chapters if you want to read before the release date and then automatically unlock itself.

It's not just Art Lapsa. There's Necro Scans, Lua Scans and more. All of these are charging to read for more chapters. They're not asking for donations at this point, they're paywalling EVERYTHING they're translating.
I might as well prefer MTL at this point.
