Trash man continues to make demands and act like this means he is a good fiance. He really is the worst and if he, a man intended and raised to control lands and people, can’t even handle telling his fiance that a random hairclip would be cute on her, he doesn’t deserve much of anything.

I maintain my stance I’ve had since the first time chapter 1 was uploaded: I don’t want them to reconcile, I genuinely think the manga would be better with just some hijinks and FemC just enjoying her life
Not the way he acts/is now, they shouldn't. Though, he has potential to have a proper redemption(?)arc, I think.

True but seeing how happy she is by herself, how she’s engaging in new experiences and growing as a person? I feel like she’s genuinely better without him, even if he does start acting more like a fiancé
I mean, it can be like that for a time, maybe half a runtime, but if the ending will be "she stays alone, guy can suck a knuckle" it will be unsatisfying to me.
Not because of the guy(he is ignorant and emotionally stunted, but not malicious, so they can reconcile or not, whatever), but because for her it would be an arc of
"Had a fiance she loved(as far as I can judge), but he ignored her, so she gave up on love and decided to live without it".
Like, not because she realised she didn't love him, but because she "stopped trying". Doesn't feel like a proper conclusion to me, and with the vibes of the story being what it is, I doubt it would be done properly.

On the next edition of “The Comment Section Trashes on the Thickheaded Male Lead?!” Keios tries to salvage a relationship with his girlbossing fiancé. However, she has emotionally moved on from him so hard that Keios may not have a chance in hell!

Will he succeed in jumping the shark and winning the girl back? Can he think with his brain or do other people have to point things out to him forever? Find out next time!

Always talks in a demanding tone, expects her to do exactly as he says(she doesnt need your approval to go out to town dude, she can just go with a friend or whatever), says "i can atleast make time for my fiance" when he did exactly the opposite of that by ignoring her invitations and letters. And dont even get me started on his laughable bahaviour during their date at the traders market(its the easiest thing in the world to compliment someone, you are not 5 years old. And even if you somehow cant compliment her, DO NOT talk about another woman, god). Its impressive that he actually says that he doesnt have any feelings for the princess, even if its a bit late, cause alot of male leads in this situation couldnt even do that, but its even more impressive that hes just now realizing what a terrible partner hes been to the woman who is supposdely his "beloved fiance".
Thanks for the chapter as always

I'll add on to the pile of complaints that the ML is a cunt. I'm amazed he can continue acting like a total arse instead of worshipping his wife-to-be like gods intended. I can only hope he is driven to despair from learning just how much she has moved on from him...

Such a shame... they are starting to redeem him

At this point even the waiter is a better option, since he is the only character that we don´t know if he is single or not...

That is why he does not deserve a redemption... even by obligation, the guy is supposed to be the head of the family... and not a single teaching of etiquette... love be damned, he should have the training to act interested, even the princess has correspondence with the guy a kingdom over

Though the MC is right, since everyone gets coupled in school (again as is tradition, along with the whole bunch of festivities made for couples... man that guy sucks!), if they where to break the engagement she would be left with the undesirables (though i have read a lot of these mangas and some time that would be a good choice)... How i dislike this trope, Japan surely loves cookie cutter drama... but is my guilty pleasure, so i will keep reading and hating that bird brain

Problem is we started at the end of the “FL figuring out how to be alone” arc. She was already at the end when the manga began so any change in her would have to be back to her Fiancé.

Nah she’s just starting out, learning how wonderful things can be when you’re not shackled to someone who doesn’t give a rip. She still need to make friends, establish her own aspirations, and maybe find a new love who isn’t choking on his own dick.

I forget where I saw it, but I remember hearing someone say "if your man can't do X, throw the entire man away" and honestly "throw the entire man away" sounds pretty good right about now
