Honestly, my first thought when I was working on this chapter was that Black needs to be prescribed some lithium...

Yeah, it was something I wasn't familiar with at all, but I have seen Japanese restaurants use that name. Sometimes quick chapters like this in Oishinbo are a lot of fun to do, but this one was a particularly tough one to TL. The machine made so many mistakes on this chapter, particularly with gender pronouns that it was hard for me to keep up with everything else, so this one might be more imperfect than usual.

Goma can also mean sesame seeds. Japanese has many words that read the same but have different meaning. When it comes to ramen, it can be safe to think that Goma would mean sesame as some ramen recipes use sesame or sesame sauce. Hiyashi chuka (chilled ramen) uses sesame sauce.
