hmm...well.... bittersweet, i guess?
on one side, Mayumi probably have learned her lesson, and so will know what's truly important.
on the other, it's like Mayumi only used Hankichi as a last option. heck, there's not even an apology. and now that she already tasted the high life, there's no guarantee she would be able to resist if the opportunity comes knocking.
on the other other side, having that story go viral can make the shop successful. to expand or not would be their choice, but to have full seat everyday is a dream for every restaurant.

I'm not sure what to think about this one, LOL. I think the word "simp" wasn't in the Japanese dictionary in the 80s. Quick reminder that the girl only "felt bad" because her "soon to be" husband bailed on her, resorting to coming back to this guy instead. 3 hundred million yen ring sure makes people forgetful.
