A slight note - for page 9, I think there's a typo in the 5th panel with the 'Currie Powder' shown: "But some will also call it 'masala' which fomes from Persian."
Otherwise, I can see what you mean from the first chapter's release on the research you had to do on Hindi writing and names! The next chapter on spices and food was really fascinating to read - learning the local Sri Lankan names and seeing the Chinese characters of spices in daily cooking here that I am not familiar with, being poor at my own mother tongue. Thank you!
