I like the emphasis that French food isn't that fussy. It's just a cuisine, no more complicated than any other kind.

I can never mix two kinds of starch together lol. I mean sure you can add rice to the soup after you finish the noodle, but both at the same time?

I like both ramen and rice, myself, but I don't think I would ever eat them together. I'd have one or the other.

You're welcome!
You are missing things then. I like eating instant noodles together with rice whenever there are leftover rice around.

Trust me, I’m not. I’m an extraordinarily picky eater. Psychologically, I would be unable to do it because I wouldn’t like the textures together.

You are really missing things man. I'm a picky eater too, but I like the taste of those two together. It helps that the instant noodle that I usually eat taste good, and the white fluffy rice absorb that quite well. Yum (y)

I don't really want to like go back and forth on this, because I'm certainly not trying to change your tastes, and you're not going to convince me to change mine. We just are going to have to agree that we like things different ways. Like, I can't stand rice with any kind of broth or liquid and I don't like the idea of two different carbs in one meal. Shrug
