Ooh, I think that's the first Korean food mention? I'd like to make an addendum on the note for this one– rather than being so cold it's served with ice, it's so cold that the broth itself is slushy/icy as a result of spending time in the freezer. Added ice isn't unheard of but I've only seen it included as a matter of convenience in home cooking.
It's a refreshing to see Yamaoka's sour attitude come out in full force for the first time in a while.
