Okay, I got as far as halfway through before I couldn't take it anymore and burst out laughing at how nonsensical things had gotten.

And then it kept escalating.

...I have no idea who this manga is meant for. Ultimately it's 80% a low-brow shounen gag manga, layered on top of solid shoujo underpinnings and artwork. Notwithstanding my confusion, the juxtaposition works very well for comedic effect, I suppose.
