@kronix I'think you're generalizing too much. I'm pretty sure Japanese people want their MCs to fuck but the author can't because they have to abide to their magazine/publishers rules. There are other manga out there that have them fuck, but it's under a different magazine/publisher. I'm pretty sure under our stricter western guidelines, if a comic had a premise similar to this manga, it'll automatically get treated like porn so they don't bother and just go all the way.(correct me if I'm wrong)

What the fuck is the point then? why do bad people get to fuck the girls in manga but not the MC?
