Yeah - my guess is Kachua was granted a supreme blessing by that goddess, precisely because she's the kind of person who would do all she could for others, purely for the sake of seeing them safe and healthy and happy.

Which, if a deity wanted a champion to wield world-shaking power... hard to do better than someone utterly humble, who thinks about the safety and well-being of everyone around them out of pure reflex.
That's not a person who would abuse that power, or get a big head about it - and Kachua's been shown to be the prototypical example time and again.

I hope so, cause even in the novel 100 chaps later, the japanese comments are still asking the same thing as you.

I saw people joking that the author will only show him at the very end of the story.

Hopefully the manga version changes that and shows him, even if in flashbacks at least.

If its been that long without a reveal (even with the requests), that means author is keeping him as a gimmick in case he needs additional fresh content. He is also the linchpin to not having to write any romance which is something rarely done well by action shounen writers. Brilliant strategy if you think about it.

The pessimist in me has a hunch that the author is not fully showing him simply so that readers like @Pacarnya_sinka can feel that she is still available for "waifuing".

I mean it might very well be that way but from a reader's perspective, waifufags rarely latch onto married woman (with an alive and well husband), let alone someone with 2 kids. It's like admitting to a losing battle from the get go lol. That's also why he can't write in romance involving FMC to the story because that would be inviting the justified wrath of NTR haters. I think even an implication would tank the story (and sales with it).
