Why did she go alone ?

She's been working in that dungeon for at least 100 days, she must know this place can be dangerous and unpredictable. She's expectantly waiting for the return of her lover. And she's a mother of two young children. She's shown to be otherwise level heaed and grounded. Why in the fuck would she decide to go alone ?

I mean, I get the meta reasonning for it, the author wants a dramatic reveal of her OP abilities, back-against-the-wall last resort shit… And characterisation because she's doing it to litterally save the children ! But that still doesn't explain the in-universe reason why she would do something so recklessly stupid.

As she said there should only be lowest level monsters on the first floor ie slimes the fact that a B rank monster and evolved A rank variant is on the first floor is a huge dungeon management problem that would realistically result in the dungeon being closed till the cause is investigated the fact she went alone means she never heard or saw an incident where high rank monsters appeared on the 1st floor of the dungeon high rank monsters likely only appear on the 100th floor and up depending on the 1000 floor dungeons format

@TushanDaji Kinda hard to answer your comment. You seem to have some knowledge of the coming chapters but some other things show you didn't read them yet ? Or read them poorly ? I'd rather not write any spoilers in here anyway.

I'll just say that "the fact she went alone means she never heard or saw an incident where high rank monsters appeared on the 1st floor of the dungeon" is kinda backwards logic. Like, you're starting with the assumption she's acting rationally, leading to the conclusion the event was completely impossible to foresee.

But, spoiler warning, chapter two immediately shows she is not exactly acting rationally.
