I don't know, it's not Russian.
But I can make the chapter's short review. Hiroto meets with his childhood friends and talks about life. Blond friend talks about his 3 children. Hiroto asks how he has free time and blond with others says that childcare is for wife's. Hiroto thinks that he will never leave househores on his wife and thinks that his friends and relatives or he also changed for time.
Miyako with Touko eat in cafe, Miyako tells, "Touko's face just like in Papa" Touko get excited, next she tells, that "Hiroto want make child" Touko also excited and says "Father was really happy last night" (yes, Miyako knows about Touko's peeping).
