I think given all the information we have, it seems pretty obvious they have some crazy plan to reincarnate Miyako's first husband and Toukos dad by having Hiroto impregnate Touko. In chapter 22 Miyako and Touko are having dinner, this takes place shortly after Miyako met Hiroto. They put a third plate for an empty seat and Miyako says "Wait just a bit longer Papa." So they're clearly expecting to bring him back somehow. Given how obviously Miyako and Touko want Hiroto to impregnate Touko this can only mean they think that somehow, the baby she givers birth to will be Toukos original dad/Miyako's first husband.

I guess "Welcome Home Papa" has a dual meaning if this turns out to be true.
The thing about the "plan to ressurect their papa" part is weird though because there hasn't been any hints of actual supernatural elements to this series so far. So is "bringing back" their "papa" more like breaking him psychologically to a state that's supposed to be similar to the papa that they want to bring back or recreate a certain family dynamic?

Also, this element is what makes this kind of unsatisfying for a yandere lover because one of the appeals of a yandere is their love/devotion for the main character. But here, it seems they don't actually care about the MC, they're just using him for someone else they actually love. It makes you feel real sad for him.

Well, it just goes to teach you, don't date single mothers, lol.

I'm really hoping theres some occult angle or something that makes it more interesting, because if they just have this plan to reincarnate him because "they're just crazy" or something like that, it would be really unsatisfying.

Of course my theory could be wrong as well.

All according to fucking plan! Man I can't get enough of this!
Sister is gonna crash hard, MC is definitely gonna crash hard as well. Touko and her mum are on cloud nine. And I feel super bad for MC's mum lmao.
Thanks for the chapter!

I believe their plan is:
1. The mother marry a men
2. Get the man to impregnate the daughter
3. Somehow transplant the baby into the mother
4. Have a "happy" family with this new little brother

My bet is on they want to recreate the dynamic, MC's wife got pregante from her step dad and her daughter wants the same.

I'm surprised to see these comments still. It's very clear what the endgame is; have the dad fuck the daughter to get her pregnant. Why? Well, it's not super clear, but based on the conversations the mom/daughter pair has had, it feels as though this is a plan to re-create something or someone; making 'papa' come back to the pair's lives.
Right now, we're seeing their long plan to isolate him from his family, especially his sister, come to fruition. His sister has been protective of him and was suspicious of them, but now she sees the mom of the pair as an ally and has set off the careful bomb planted by the pair.
My friend, we are confused about the "why?". We all know they want to make him do the daughter but we can't wrap our heads around why? I know, it's the hook of the story and is meant to push the reader. But a good author sprinkles little hints here and there, to make the reader have some kind of understanding. Unfortunately, here, it's not as much. Also, what has been given, isn't making sense as it's giving a vague vision about the "why?" question. Thanks for giving your viewpoint though.

The face of a man who's defeated and has lost all care in his farce of a family.
The face of a woman who's on the verge of successfully hunting her prey.
The face of a woman who's determined to accomplish their plan despite her dying flame.
The face of a woman who's found relief in her faith in her brother and yet finds herself in a spider's web and gift wrapped his brother to be slaughtered like a lamb.
The face of an old woman who finds joy in her family, blissfully unaware that its foundations have rotted away before she knew it.

What a delightful trainwreck this is becoming. My only hope is that the author can deliver a satisfying end.

There’s a chance the mother could b dieing and she knows it. It’s a likely reason she wants Her daughter to be with a man they both approve of
