Basically everything is pretty good about this except for the names. I give it 7.5/10.

The main character's name is "Pastry", "Pas" for short. That's not even how nicknames work XP
His dad's name is "Casserole", btw.
Currently I'm reading about their visit to castle Oingo Boingo, I mean "Bonbigno".

The graphics are good; many people have unique looks.
There are some plot points & worldbuilding that correctly take into account the ways medieval societies were different.
The magic part is kinda slapdash and they gave the MC an OP power, but it's not as OP in practice; he can copy other people's magic, but there are so few mages around that it's very seldom he learns a new trick.

Overall, it doesn't compare to something like The Ideal Sponger Life, but it's still good for a few afternoons of reading.

I think the manga picks up from the end of the anime at around chapter 22, although some details play out differently
