Honestly you're not missing much. Making sweets is just a side job while MC is constantly getting attacked.

This series is garbage the author is the type who let bandits who attacked and killed a whole village and raped the women escape and the author expect us to just forget about it like we're some idiots.

You hyped us by showing us bandits killing innocent people and what you do? You let them escape never to be seen again. I swear these Japanese authors are psychopaths in real life.

It's always the garbage that gets adapted.

The biggest issue I have with this series is Pas not getting engaged to Brioche (but rather she got engaged to someone else in the recent translated chapters).

I mean, both Pas & her had quite an interesting chemistry with each other.

I know that both of them have a 10+ years of age gap, but it isn't really odd for a 18+ year old to get engaged/married to a 30+, so why bother here when it's legal to get engaged if they have undergone the adulthood ceremony (even if done earlier than normal).

I know there was mention about it in a chapter, but Brioche denied it based on age gap. But still it would have been nice especially since MC is technically older than her, if we consider his previous life age as well.
