Personally I feel like Kisaragi station is a bit too long and specific to support so many adaptations?
Contrasting example: if you want to do a story about the slit mouthed woman, then the only mandatory element is a lady with a super wide mouth, long black hair, and maybe a face mask and/or trench trench coat. That's enough for people to go, "ah yes, the slit mouthed woman." Pretty much every other element of the lady and the story is up to your discretion, so it's relatively easy to come up with something unpredictable and distinctive.
Meanwhile if you want to do a story about Kisaragi station there's an ordered list of events you have to include, and it'll seem weird if you diverge from those events midway through. Makes it hard to write something that's recognizable as Kisaragi station but feels distinct from other adaptations.
