Renee (Loisline-the queen) is working as a maid in the military base under Cain (Sieg-the king) to identify the group that wants to kill the queen since the wedding day.

Renee found out that the one of the noble that was notably kinder to her was harboring the 2 men she overheard the murder talk of, and now is in pursuit of Renee knowing she's the queen in disguise.

Cain sent Renee to the inn to be sent home, Renee bursted out of the inn because she felt that whoever accompanies her will die, and it turns out the inn people are Sieg's people. I think that is the gist of it, CMIIW.
