What? Another chapter?? In this economy???
Thanks so much for the chapters, Friend, but I'm hoping you're not pushing it, rest well man.

On a sidenote:
Here's a simple cassava recipe we usually do.
  • Get a cassava, remove the skin, and grate it finely.
  • Wring out its water content (sap).
  • Grate some cheese to the same size as the cassava.
  • Mix together:
    • Grated cassava
    • Grated cheese
    • A bit of sugar (optional)
  • Suggested measurements per serving:
    • ½ cup cassava
    • ½ tbsp cheese
    • ¼ tsp sugar
  • Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter.
  • Shape the mixture into a patty (same thickness as that of the cheapest burger patties you've ever eaten).
  • Pan-fry for 3-5 minutes (adjust as needed).
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup (if no sugar was added).
  • Enjoy your cassava pancake!

Well, at least cassava(Mandioca) still is popular in Brazil, cooked or fried(you need to cook before frying it) Cassava makes a decent snack/side dish, also you can use Cassava flour to make farofa that goes really well with barbecue meat, and there are many other uses

In short, God bless the cassava
