Their consistency can very from title to title. My guess would be which of their personnel are working on what. Though it could use some work, at least the translation output isn't on the level of mangaeffect.

Speaking of which, mangaeffect is producing an uncensored version, but it's mangaeffect. On top of the translation quality, they emblazon their own logo in big fonts and bright colors across the pages.

I'm not going to drop this but at this point they may as well just place a giant black box over the character any time she is on screen. Would be less annoying than the annoyingly obvious censorship that they are lying about "needing". Heck they can't even make the white-out the same color as the page so it stands out even more most of the time.
