While I'm also weirded out by their lack of sex at this point in the relationship, she does clearly have issues that prevent physical intimacy. Usually you deal with those issues before getting married, since sexual compatibility is a deal breaker on whether you'd get married or not.

My biggest problem right now is that there is such a reluctance of drawing the eyes of the men. I get it, it's to make it easier for the male readers to imagine themselves being inside the story, but dammit, put some eyes on your men!

Sexual Compatibility also includes "amount". (if not: rip asexuals to low sex-drive havers)

Actual deal breaker is being incompatible and/or unhappy arrangement. Simple as that.
