Can be done slightly but not always really possible due the amount of text or well size of the bubbles it appears bit smaller cuz its a 4koma so everythin is bit small, personnaly i read all manga on tablet so u can easily zoom in the right side and then u move on to reading the left side is atleast what i always do when reading 4koma format manga

Late reply rip. But yeah her not wanting to show her body is totally fine. It’s more about it being their first time a few year into their marriage. Like someone said in the comments, i think it would fit more if that situation was happening early in the relationship.
