For anyone unaware:
Condoms have expiry dates, dont use them if they have expired.

Altho its possible she's implying they simply shifted products and gave away the unsold batch.

Remember to check dates for any birth control and condoms, and never use a condom thats old enough you forgot when you purchased it.

Also, this is not common knowledge because people don't tend to keep expired condoms, but expired condoms are nasty.
They're latex most of the type, so imagine an old latex mask that has that dried texture, is sticky, and seems to be shedding latex dust because is falling apart. That's how they look and feel. You don't want that on your dick.
