Forgot to update this, but yeah the manga ended with ch. 163. Updated the classification of the manga appropriately.

I managed too find the next 4 raw chapters, and wow it takes 80 pages for her too actually start giving birth, like the latter half really felt dragged out but that was just ridiculous
