Okay, I'm officially starting to hate this manga. And especially that useless trash "Daa-san".
How are we supposed to believe some faceless guy who doesn't even talk, barely responds to anything, and is utterly devoid of personality get a wife like that?
I normally think it is kinda stupid how in school manga, the moment the protagonist gets the attention of an attractive female, all the other guys in his class get overwhelmingly hostile towards him... but right now, it is starting to seem entirely justified.
@BandAids : How is one supposed to self-insert into an existing character, even if they are bland and featureless? Would you want to be some mute guy without a face? You are who you are. Anyone else is who they are. You're not who the character is. It doesn't work. Well, not unless you kill them and assume there is some sort of inheritence-by-conquest system going on. Somehow I doubt Okusan would appreciate anyone killing her husband though, let alone trying to take his place... so that doesn't work either.
I might want some of what he has, but I wouldn't want to be what he is.
