So a group that I'm/was in has been quite for a couple of years. Recently I realized that I still have access to the doc page, including the final chapter we worked on. Would it be acceptable to combine my CL/RD with the TL and upload it with our groups old credits page?

Unless someone of your group ressurects and shouts "not in my name!" you can upload new chapters with the same group name, credits page, memes, etc. I understand there was translated material that never got edited and you wanted to do that now, if that's the case it doesn't matter whether it has been some years or some days, even if you wanted to upload as a one-person group you could use the same group you belong to.
