Not too sure about that. Official English release is currently at vol05 (up to ch23). I guess this chapter was scanlated because the group thinks they could do the translation differently or may be even better than the previous group or the official version.

It's a setting based on Divine Blessings with that wonderful "I got here all on my own" mentality - of course people are going to be shit to the powerless.

Aside: I get her never having run into a cursed item before especially ones that like, melt you into a puddle but the implication of Reversal in that case means that All magical effects would be reversed on her - healing magic would harm her, right?
