That was an excellent counter to a nosy childhood friend.
Arisa is in denial but clearly falling in love. She was probably hoping to hear something else from him by the way she twirled her hair. Yuzuru is going to follow her soon enough. But at this rate I think they're going to develop a "mutual unrequited love" situation where both believes the other is just doing this for the obligated sake of appearances... this can be solved with proper communication, but if they're already lying to themselves then I can't expect them to communicate properly.
