And if they draw 1 chapter every week it will take at least 60 years to finish 3000+ chapter
Also I can probably read 3000+ chapter in about 2-3 months

To be fair, if it's akin to an actually printed book novel as we are used to in the West, then 1 chapter can often equal dozens of chapters when compared to webnovels. So 3000 novel chapters could very well take far longer if read casually.
