As far as I remember, I don't think there was anything about this mentioned. The only thing I can think of is the interview scene with the judge girl after they got out of Seoul Dome, but that wasn't a memory wipe situation, it was just talking about how nobody outside of Dokja's group actually knows who he is, and that he just wasn't being remembered because everyone unrelated was claiming the people who made it out of the Seoul Dome (like her) were heroes. So it's just a "Dokja is a secret hero nobody knows about" situation, not a "Dokja died and his existence got memory-wiped away from people" situation.
