1. It's seems that she's not entirely human as she was born because of the curse of Asmodeus.
2. Asmodeus is a demon king, and it's already been implied that Demon Kings are constellation too, as they can join the star stream which is only available to Constellations and let's not forget that Kim Dokja's constellation name is "Demon King of Salvation" and he still has a incarnation of his own, his adoptive daughter. So, Demon Kings can have incarnations of their own.

Demon Kings have power on the level of Constellations, but instead of joining the Constellations and leave the scenario area they remained within it (Dark Castle, 73rd realm here, etc)

Also the star stream notification can mentions demon kings, but I don't recall any demon king actively using the star stream functions. Heck star stream can mentions outer gods (like when Dokja broke the throne)

I'm guessing Dokja will be forced to agree to help him via some mechanism, but it'll end up working out anyway because Yoo, who hasn't agreed to anything, will end up showing up in the 73rd demon realm and dealing with it himself.
