This manga honestly felt like it was just taking too long and was dragging, but damn this arc was actually fun enough to get me to stay.

Okay so Makoto is obviously gonna turn out to be a monster.

Like the one consistent theme is that the main character has zero ability to judge people, and Makoto has been his friend for a while.

If nobody at least exchanged numbers after all that, then this mixer was a total disaster on the dating front (Saki is a maybe, she said she'll keep in touch). Nobody found a (prospective) romantic partner, much less got any action (except for Anna and Yuu, literally), and from a story standpoint, the worst part is that Kazuya wasted a day without getting to test what that 3/100 is.

The silver lining is that we did get to know a bunch of interesting characters. Maybe he's not actually meant to beat the deadline after all, and we'll just see what happens when it passes without him meeting the quota-like 100.

Kazuya exchanged numbers with both Saki and Akane a few chapters ago. Akane asked for his (so they could talk BL) and then when he saw Saki dropping into anger and despair he asked her if she wanted to exchange.
