What are you talking about?! It literally went up when Mizusawa Akari kisssed Hayakawa Kazuya... It didn't go up for anything else with other girls. This can't purely be coincidence.

Re-read the first sentence again, I'm pretty sure Nehona knows that just meeting/shaking hands with/talking to/etc a girl doesn't count. They're wondering what I think a lot of us are. Can the MC kiss Mizusawa a dozen times and get a dozen points, do acts that are 'more' than just kissing count for more points? Can he get points for more than one act a day? etc.

Then there's still the question of what happens when he hits 100/100 (I'm pretty sure it won't end with him running out of days, but you never know).

If he dodged her like he did all the other girls, that would've stayed at 3/100, and he'll eventually run the clock out worrying while constantly avoiding every single girl who's actually interested in doing things with him. It's amazing how his mind frets about working on the problem while his physical actions do the complete opposite by doing nothing...

Anyway, the most obvious conclusion would be a kiss, but because he was unconscious the entire time she was secretly doing things to him, we cannot rule out something else too. There is a possibly significant gap in time we did not see from his POV between falling asleep at 3/100 and waking up to a kiss with 4/100 already on the window. What's 100% sure now is that it involves a girl doing something to him. He does not even need to be awake for it given the 3 other times it happened to him.

Too bad the deadline reset back to 10 days. This "game" is too merciful for a cowardly guy like him so we aren't seeing what happens if he misses that. But yeah, he'll be able to beat the deadline now if he gets 1 1/2 weeks each time a girl does that something to him.
