The exhibition on page 10 is the "Muneharu Ramman", a clock display which transforms into a mechanical mini-play at 11, 1, 3, 5, 6.30 o'clock daily.

"Nagoya is EXCELLENT! Long Time No See" is a song commissioned in 1985 to raise the spirits of the Nagoyans after a series of cultural and economical missteps (ie. losing the Olympic bid, unsteady monetary policy affecting the textiles and manufacturing industries of the region). It's written in the spirit of Borat's "Kazakhstan, best country in the world" song where it puts down Tokyo and extols its own virtues.
Here is a performance of it:

At 2:30 he picks up a piece of watermelon with cling wrap still on it and bites into it, and I think he swallows it all because, well, the show must go on haha

Funny coincidence, a recent chapter of Ichijou was also talking about the virtues of Nagoya. Sounds like a fun place~ Cities don't need to "make sense" or "be consistent" or "reflect history". They just need to have GOOD FOOD.

Coming here from the Ichijou spinoff, it's funny to see the weird "not quite malicious, but not quite positive" hangup Fukumoto seems to have about Nagoya lol
