Dude, I'm so frustrated. I'm frustrated that she is misunderstanding the whole situation with Moo-yi. Like, I get it, he's a celebrity, therefore, it seems like a crazy or even impossible situation for him to care about you in any capacity beyond your "temporary" friendship BUT is it really? Honestly, aren't you just overthinking it and forcing yourself to "calm down" and have a supposedly "rational" response and "rational" train of thought because you're too scared to believe in the other (more likely) possibility? I really wish people could be honest with themselves and just accept having dreams and hopes that might not be the most rational/logical thing in the world. No one should be able to hurt you or deride you for having idealistic dreams. There's nothing wrong with having them! Worse comes to worst, it isn't/doesn't turn out how you think. But at least you wouldn't have hemmed and hawed, wasting your time, AND you won't regret later on not pursuing what you clearly want/hope for. I get y'all don't wanna get hurt, but for f's sake, just GO FOR IT. ROAR!!!! Also, grow a damn backbone girl and just follow what you want to do, what you feel, all of that. You don't need to apologize for it. You don't need to doubt yourself at every second. Decide what you want, decide what you want to do and just DO IT. You get affected and influenced too easily grr...
And your friends? *sigh* I get that you have "good intentions" and "don't want her to get hurt/go down the wrong path" or whatever, but who are you to put down someone else's dream? Who are you to say that it's impossible for them to pursue? Who are you? What right do you have? And besides, yes, she might be poor, yes, she might not have the most relaxed life or whatever, but she's managing AND she's pursuing her dream and isn't that so much better FOR HER?? Then, this most recent thing with the "it's impossible for you to be with him because he's a celebrity thing"... again, WHO ARE YOU TO SAY THIS?! You don't know the situation. Don't make your generalized statements. Hush. (Also, celebrities are still people?? Albeit they have a unique set of experiences, but still??)
I've gone a little off-topic and all over the place there, but there's just too many frustrating points.
