Unlike the fight with Drive Knight, I believe Saitama won't fight Genos. Or if he does, maybe, like in Chapter 176 where he kind of "hears voices" and flies away, the voices will keep telling him to "kill Saitama," but somehow, since Genos has some consideration, he'll kind of fight with himself. Well, that's if I were to write the script, and kind of trying to reason how One works (he always surprises well, whether in Mob, OPM, or even BugEgo).

He probably broke, just like Saitama did. As for losing hair, I don't know. One thing that crosses my mind is whether – given the "monsterification" thing that happened with Ryumon – Saitama is a kind of "variant" of monsterification. He lived in City Z, which has always been full of monsters. I don't know if it was water, some contaminated product, the city itself, or, as Dr. Gero, the takoyaki master, said, "the limiter simply broke without any explanation."
