The story summary is japan found an island where the people there still live in feudal japan era , the modern japan then decided to help them to adapt to modern society. The island agreed and send their children to attend school at tokyo.
The mc who go to highschool introduced as transfer student, all students and teacher there know the boy was the transfer student from that feudal japan island. The teacher tell the students the boy does not know about modern technology , about society manner and etiquee in modern world. The teacher asked the boy to go to his table, the boy then walk on the students table because he was confused with the teacher order(and he never see modern table and think it as steeping floor), the students there pissed off by the boy manner and tell him even if you did'nt know how modern society work, does not mean you can do anything you want. The boy then start his life where he caused many problem because he did'nt know how modern society work
The female lead was on the boy class and think he is weird but somehow got forced to tag along and help the boy, after school they was going home together, then two deliquents who also from the feudal japan island was waiting the girl. They say to the boy good job bringing her and try to attack her, the boy try to protect the girl even though he was scared by the two deliquents, and the deliquents got mad and called the boy traitor. Both deliquent then turned into an oni demon but before they can attack her again, they noticed some people are coming and the two deliquents then run away and say they will kill her later.
The boy then explained that he was half youkai, he was azuki youkai the youkai who washed bean, his mother is human i think. He then say the island he lives was an island with demon, they were sealed by momotarou but the seal got weakened and human managed to find them. The children who send to tokyo, was holding grudge against the girl because she was momotarou descendant and want to kill her. She then meet his father and his father say they have momotarou blood in them and give the girl momotarou sword that was passed in their family.
Next day the girl got home and find his father attacked, she managed to grab the sword and run, the boy who feels something is bad come to girl home and find her father knocked out, he regained his consciousness and tell him she was in danger. The girl then cornered by two oni who was the deliquents she meets, the boy then come to help her.
One of the oni was laughing at the boy, he was just a washing bean demon and on top of that he was a half demon, the oni was mad at boy and asked why he protect her. The boy tell him it already long time ago why still hold the grudge, the girl even did'nt know anything, the oni then crying and say he was mad , his grandfather have a huge scar on his body caused by momotarou in the past and caused him great pain, he want to avenge his grandfather shame. The boy then say he will fight him but the oni say he was powerless and will also kill him, the boy then rub his hand and keep rubbing it like washing his hand till the friction burned his hand and the boy then punched the oni using his fire punch and he got send few meters away, both are fighting till the other oni attacked the girl.
In pinch the girl then draw the sword and slashed the oni, she then proceed to slash the oni the boy fighting. Both oni then suffered some injuries and decided to fall back and tell them it is not over. The girl say is it over ? the boy then say well there are over hundred of us coming here to err take revenge on you, so be prepared but don't worry i will protect you.
The girl then cry say my youth is wasted now to fight demon
